Lush Cosmetics Store - Negative (very bad) review

******UPDATE*********

Ah! Ah! So I took a lot of criticism for writing this post (see the not so friendly comments) and that's ok because I am a big girl!

But guess what? It looks like Lush took on my advice after all!

I returned to the store last week and they have made a lot of changes:

1. aisles are wider - the middle aisle is no longer a double display but a single one, so you can browse without bumping into other customers and feeling touched every second
2. the salad bar display is gone!!!!!
3. They built a counter where they now have large bowls for customers to experience the products and the bowls are emptied after each use! No more disgusting sudsy water in buckets left on the ground.

So there, the customer is always right and I am not taking back anything I said about my original experience, very obviously, if those things I mentioned in my letter were not a problem, they would not have changed them in the first place.
As for the staff, I noticed the sales "ladies" yes, ladies, were no longer inexperienced teenagers either!

That proves to show that when you complain, companies listen! Thank you Lush, I may actually consider purchasing from you moving forward.

**********************************************************
Below is my original post:

Hello friends,

I am usually not one to complain but this time around, I just feel compelled to do so.

There is this brand of handmade soaps and creams called LUSH. It's been pretty big for the past few years and everyone on the internet, in particular Youtube, has been raving about it.
More particularly, LUSH promises original exotic experiences in bath taking by selling huge "bath bombs" in various intriguing scents such as Geo Phizz, a volcanic clay and pine sore muscle smoother, homemade soaps with equally exotic recipes which you purchase by the pound (or the slice). Further, they also make all manner of creams, shampoos, face masks, all with natural ingredients such as avocado, lettuce or papaya, packaged in black plastic tubs adorned with chalk like handwriting. From a marketing point of view I have to say that Lush is pretty clever!
I have always been intrigued by the brand and some of their products but never really wanted to purchase online without first experiencing their product in a store. I was thus very happy to find out our nearby mall has a Lush store...So, guess where I went tonight!

Here are some pictures I found online to show you a visual as to what I was expecting to see:

The company believes in making safe, organic and environmentally friendly products (my kind of company), they are international (from the US to Arab Emirates), animal cruelty free and all handmade. So far this sounds very good and when you look at the pictures above, it does look like a selection of very intriguing and perhaps awesome products to change routine with.

As a side note, I need to add a bit about the mall: 20 minutes away from home is the Short Hills Mall. It's one of those uber high end mall where cars are on display at all times and I am not talking Chevy or Ford here...they display Porshes, Bentleys, etc. There is even a Tesla store where they sell a $300K car with a dashboard that is nothing more than a giant ipad! Are you kidding me?

Short Hills has a helipad for when Britney Spears et al. want to shop at the Chanel or Fendi boutiques (I just took the side entrance, it works just the same). Needless to say, we never go to this particular mall, but since they have a Lush shop, I figured I would make an exception. In my mind, I imagined that if Lush was at Short Hills, surely Lush had to be good!

WRONG!

This was such a bad experience that I immediately returned home to craft and forward a letter to the company! I personally believe that when a customer is not happy, said customer has a right to complain, so in essence, this is my complaint only I am also using it as a review for the store experience. I need to add that I did not purchase anything (sigh) as a result of this experience. This review is about the store and its atmosphere rather than the products themselves. And again, this is strictly my opinion, based on my own experience. I am pasting the letter I sent them below for all to read, just in case you too are, or were, intrigued by Lush Handmade Cosmetics:

LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics8365 Ontario Street - Unit 120Vancouver, British ColumbiaCanada V5X 3E8

To whom this may concern,
I had heard so much about your products that I could not wait to locate a store and actually visit one. Needless to say I was jumping with joy when I found one nearby,  at the Short-Hills Mall in New Jersey. I went in the hope of loading up with some amazing soaps and perhaps a bath bomb or two. Though I do not take baths, I thought I could spend my Friday night relaxing (for once) and enjoy a bit of an exotic experience.
Well, unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for me.
I walked into a very crowded store where teenagers gathered and constantly touched products. There were at least 3 sales persons in attendance, none with clear skin (a bad sign for a cosmetics company). The first one immediately jumped on me and asked what I was looking for, I politely responded that I was familiar with the brand but just wanted to browse for now. I guess she must have forgotten my answer because less than 3 minutes later she came back, in manner of furniture sales rep and started commenting on the soap I was holding, letting me know they cut them "like cheese". I think I had figured that out already when I lifted the first huge 4 lb. block of some weird concoction that looked like nougat. Eventually I had to ask her to stay away because, at that point, I was really not enjoying my visit.
I moved on and looked at the displays. The set up itself was extremely crowded and nothing like the pictures I saw online. If anything the Short Hills store is no bigger than a UPS drop off station. It is so tiny, yet packed, that one cannot browse a single display without having someone brush your behind with their purse, or worse, their own behind! it was also difficult to make a distinction between the various soaps and again, everyone passing by was picking a product up and taking a good whiff. I even witnessed a girl a bit too eager with  her smelling experience as she wiped her nose afterwards, having touched the soap with her nostrils. Nice!
Then the bath bombs! I understand the concept of the big buckets to display items as though a French Market, but how many bath bombs need to be on display at one time, for all to touch? I really thought that one or two for folks to experience would be enough, it would have been nice to see the rest individually wrapped. (note: I am not germophobic, I just don't care to bathe in other people's body oils and salad dressing residue). Like everyone else, I picked this one up, smelled it, put it back, picked the next one, put it back, and it went on until I reached the "salad bar." And that experience in itself was the breaking point for me!
There you have a salad bar set up with bowls on ice and kale all around, I get the idea as the bowls are samples of various freshly made masks, all looking ready for spoon picking. However, seeing stale, oxidized creams with wilted fruit and vegetables around them really did not make me want to smell, touch, test, let alone purchase any of them. One of your lettuce masks looked like spoiled guacamole with black oxidation all around the edges of its swirls, next to it was a slice of papaya that had seen better days. I kid you not, I have seen take out fast food Chinese restaurants with better looking displays than that! So for me to see this and to think one single bath bomb can cost up to $8 a piece, I felt as though taken for a fool!
I understand your brand is targeting a younger generation that thrives on fluorescent colors and variety. But I felt that your store was too small for the amount of stuff on display, unhygienic when considering the hoards of teenage girls marching into it and touching everything. I was not impressed at all, as a matter of fact I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to the experience and really wanted to leave with a little bag and a few items. Unfortunately, I left empty handed and turned off!
I would like to add that all the creams for testing looked gross and it would not cost the sales girls any thing to go around each one and smooth out the contents or wipe away the rims and lids once in a while. Also, the entire idea of buckets filled with soapy water for all to experience was also very gross to me, they all looked like dirty laundry water left to the side. What does it take for your staff to regularly empty them?
Obviously this is a rant. I am sorry to say I was totally disgusted with the product displays and that turned me away from making any purchase. I have no experience with another Lush store, so I am not sure whether this is an issue with your Short Hills venture, which by the way is as high end as you can get, or if this is pretty much how you do business. But I can tell you that when one comes out of your store, the last thing they want to do is check out the neighboring Chanel or Louis Vuitton ...I just wanted to leave the mall all together, and so I did!
Here are some suggestions, they really are my preference but I can't imagine to be alone on this one:
What's for sale should be wrapped in crystalline paper or to the very least cellophane wrap. Instead of huge blocks of soaps for people to pick up and smell to test, how about slivers of soap in bowls so that people can just pick a tiny amount, crush it in between their finger to release the fragrance and move on! I like the salad bar idea, but the fridge for the items to purchase was hidden underneath it. If you want to give a sense of freshness to your products I know I would want to see the fridge right away (not kind of figure it out on my own). So a fridge at eye level with oodles of jars inside and your sample bar in front of it would probably yield better results. Water experience should feel like spa experience. If someone wants to see the stuff fizz or wash their hands, how about a sink like Bed,Bath and Body Work? The whole idea of large sudsy buckets of bluish goo is not a seller to me! It would help if the staff was above the age of 18 and somewhat put together too. To me, they were just hanging out alongside the other teenage girls in your tiny aisles. I understand you cannot discriminate but not everyone wants to be serviced by someone who says "OMG" and "That is SOOO Awesome!" every three minutes! (I am not going to comment on the obvious generational gap here, to be honest it kind of slapped me in the face!)
So, that was my bad experience and subsequent bad review. As mentioned above, I left empty handed and am truly sorry for it as I was very much looking forward to discovering your products.
I thank you for your time.

  1. I went to the store today and I had a great experience.I think that this kind of thing is not for you and if so thats your opinion. The mall that you went to is the same one I attended. The short hills mall is a high upscale place period so of course things aren't going to be $3. Also its a bit more expensive because everything is organically made. Personally I would rather pay more for a product that is safer for your skin than others.

  2. I get that Lush may have not been for you, but part of their pitch is having "unpackaged products". Expecting them to wrap their products in cellophane will never happen... especially since they're trying to remove all plastics from their products due to the harm plastic production has on the environment.

And yeah... Lush can be PRICY. It's all fair-trade so it'll be a bit more steep in price. But I guess it's all per what with you're willing to spend, the costs can be insane. $60 for a small pot of face cream? No thank you.

  3. I agree with what was said above, I was going to say that but they beat me to it! I would also like to add though that most Lush's do have a sink. I have not been to Short Hills, but have been to Quaker Bridge and Freehold also in NJ and they both have sinks where the sales people will basically demonstrate anything in the store for you. Also, the fridge wouldn't have been hard to find if you had let someone help you. The facial bar is much more appealing to the eye and also helps them show off their handmade FRESH products. So I disagree with you on that. It's unfortunate you didn't enjoy your trip. Maybe you could give them another try one day maybe even at a different mall or something and let the sales girls help you so you can really have a full experience of the store.

  4. If you would have let the young lady talk to you instead of being pompous you would have been informed that everything you stated is what Lush wants. The fact that you pointed out the bad skin of those three "girls" (who only looked young because they most likely were not conforming to societal norms) in your letter to the company is incredibly rude. The letters get forwarded to the shops, so those girls saw that- good job.

  6. I just love all your responses and thank you for that. Obviously this is not my kind of thing and truly my own opinion. I am pretty sure that we have all had this kind of experience when we are super excited to go some place and it turns out to be a complete fail. That's what Lush did for me.

  7. I completely understand how you felt! All stores, no matter what they are, vary from place to place. I live in Massachusetts, and the Lush at my local mall is very clean and not too crowded. The fridge, as you said it should be, was at eye level right beside the facial bar. I agree that it should have a sink, as mine does not either. In my opinion, some of the other comments were rude and trying to make you feel bad. You did what I would have done; you were unhappy with your experience and wanted to make it known to the company so that they could perhaps fix the problems to make other customers have better experiences. So, congrats to you on the courage you had to send the letter. A lot of people would have just let it go.

  8. Like another comment said, if you had trouble finding things (like the fridge) the 'furniture sales rep' or one of the other young girls with 'unclear skin' could have probably helped you if you had gotten off your high horse and acted like a decent human being. Having worked in retail as a teenager, sales assistants are usually told to approach customers as they enter the store and offer assistance - and your comment on the state of their skin is simply rude and irrelevant.

I do know exactly what you mean when you're looking forward to something and it ends up being disappointing, but LUSH is not a luxury brand, and it is targeted towards younger consumers who ARE attracted to bright colors, tend to be more environmentally conscious (hence the vegan/naturally sourced products & NO harmful/wasteful plastic wrap), and enjoy immersing themselves in the experience of shopping for beauty products (picking things up and smelling them - so what if some girl's nose accidentally touched the product?!). In my experience, busy stores are that way for a reason - good quality and popular products!

  9. I agee with most people.
You can't really expect them to wrap their products in cellophane or other plastic packaging since they are enviromentally friendly and against animal testing.
You said that you can't stand people that keep touching the products yet you were touching a 4lb pound of soap!
So what if the sale assistants have 'unclear skin'? It is like comparing opticans that can't wear because they are advertising for clear eye sights.
If you let one of the sale assistants to help you explain their products maybe you CAN see the difference between the bath bombs and the soaps.
$8 for a bath bomb isn't that expensive for something that you can use 2-3times (again if you did let them did explain ). They use natural and organic products of course they will expensive!
Maybe it is just your lush but my local one has a sink and 3-4 buckets that are filled with clean water consistently. I guess having the buckets is more convenient than a sink. The customer can see the demonstrations right away with rather than walking to the sink to see it.
Incase if you didn't know the blocks of soap are there so the assistants can cut to the exact amount for people who want to purchase for a specific amount. Crushing soaps sounds hard! And it probably would be even more unhygienic with teenagers constantly touching and crumbling the slivers pf soap.

In my experience i think lush always give me a positive experience and you are just a bit reserved with their friendly approach!

  10. I understand how you felt, too. I just know one LUSH Shop in Germany. In my opinion the best time to have an nice experience with LUSH ist the time, just when the shop opens his doors in the morning. In never would enter the shop in the afternoons or during school break - too much teenage girls inside.

  11. You're a pompous asshole. Just my opinion.

  12. You had me until the very end. When your hilarious typo of Bed, Bath and Body Work. Bed Bath and Beyond is a small box store with cooking ware and bed set. Bath & Body works sells lotions and soaps.

Also, when you see 100's of people a day sometimes its hard to remember a particular face. I hope you were at least nice to the poor sales girl who was only DOING HER JOB.

I'm with you on the whole hygienic idea. But your big problem seemed to be that there were many people. Maybe you should shop online or at least at a less busy time? Just a thought.

I'm glad they got rid of the salad bar though, that seems like a gross idea to start with.

  13. You are one of the most ridiculously rude people I have ever seen on the internet. I cannot believe that there are so many people like you in life. Sales people see hundreds of different people every day and it's very hard to remember exactly which ones you've already had a conversation with. So what if she came up to you again, she was only doing her job and that does not give you a reason to tell her to go away and leave you alone. Also, just because someone is a younger worker does not mean that they know nothing. I've been working in cosmetics since I was 14 and I am 17 now. I get treated terrible a lot because people think just because I'm a young worker I know nothing. I have been to different cosmetic schools, studied all the books and everything and to tell the complete truth I know more than some of the older 'more experienced' ladies that work in the same department. That being said, not all young workers are useless. A lot of them know more than you think. And complaining about how busy a store is is absolutely ridiculous. They aren't going to clear it out or ban different age groups so you can shop in peace so suck it up and stop complaining.

    ReplyDelete
  14. This post was ridiculous. I'm sorry, but you're an incredibly rude person (and you're from Jersey, so the rudeness makes sense). That letter was nothing but nitpicking and complaining about stupid crap. Picking on the sales associates because they had bad skin? Acne is something many people struggle with and are insecure about, that was just below the belt. Some people break out. Cosmetic workers are human and every human has had at least a few pimples. Get over it. The fact that you told a sales person to stay away when she was trying to tell you about a product was probably the most rude thing I've ever heard. That's what they're trained to do, she was doing her job and you insulted her for doing nothing wrong whatsoever! Also Lush hires people 18 and older since they have to work with knives, so I'm pretty sure these "inexperienced teenagers with horrible skin" were young ladies doing their actual job. Also, most Lush products are self preserving. They clean themselves. If that's what you're going to bitch about, you're most definitely a germaphobe, even though you say you're not. Lush doesn't package things because packaging for the most part is wasteful to the environment. If you actually did your research or asked one of those "annoying, pimply faced sales associates" what the store was all about, you'd have known WHY they didn't have any packaging. You've never shopped at Lush, you don't know what the store was all about because you didn't let the sales associates do their jobs and TELL you what the store was about, you've never used any of their products, yet you feel you have the right to complain? My, but you're an entitled little snot aren't you? The customer isn't right in this case I'm afraid. The customer is a self entitled ass who lives in America's armpit. And that's the truth.

  15. ENTITLED MUCH!!! This was the most spoiled rant I have ever seen someone write! What kind of stupid, self-loathing individual writes about girls with "horrible skin" in formal letters to companies?? Go read a book or do something constructive, as long as it doesn't involve interacting with people -- that's clearly not your strong suite. What a lame blog.

    ReplyDelete
  16. You're clearly a delusional consumer if you had to add a statement saying that the customer is always right. What gives you the right to bully those young girls for having acne and simply trying doing their jobs? God you're disgusting.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I've never seen such a mean review on customer service. You have no respect for these young girls who just want to earn a living. I'm an 18 year old barista and I've never seen such superficial review.

And excuse you, the customer isn't always right.

Lush in Hong Kong is amazing. Friendly, yet they know their place. I entered the shop and was greeted by the amazing scents. A tall, friendly lady (perhaps early 20s) approached me and asked what I was looking for. I simply said "I'm just looking around" and smiled. She smiled back, bowed her head and said that she'd be ready in case I had any questions.

Maybe if you suggested them to change the way service is provided instead. You didn't have to be such a bully about it (omg their skin and the way they talked ughhhh)

Obviously, the aim of this company is to CUT DOWN ON CONSUMERISM WASTE. Also, these expensive handmade products are reasonably pricey for a reason. That's up to you to think about.

Next time you shop, remember that employees have feelings, too.

  18. You are a brat, saying that they have bad skin ? And oh there not even allowed to inform you about products in a shop they know way more than you about???? I wish I could call you names, and see how you like it, but were not all as rude as you :-)

  21. 'So there, the customer is always right' Well, no. In this case the customer is a whiny middle-aged cretin that decided to e-mail a company, hence waste their time, about insignificant things just because you don't personally didn't like them. Oh no, this shop does things differently to other shops! How terrible! You do realise that you're perpetuating the snooty privileged middle-class mum stereotype here, right?

And your comment about 18 year old 'spotty' teenagers working in the store is just plain nasty, absolutely ridiculous. At least they actually have a job!

Sort out your attitude towards retail workers. They're not beneath you, and you're no better a person than they are, clearly. It's people like you, that have an absurd superiority complex over shop staff, that make working in retail such a horrible experience.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I agree and disagree with you. Addressing the company on their store's sanitary conditions was within your right, that bucket situation sounded disgusting and the salad bar should have been better managed with the fruit being refreshed every few hours; that was awesome. Talking down about teenage girls' skin and being rude to the employee leaves me with the impression that you're a total asshole. Learn how to talk to people yet alone treat people.

  23. I agree with some of the other comments here. You are a complete asshole. This store was not made specifically for you and your uppity attitude. I can't believe you wrote this long ass complaint solely based on how crowded the small store was and how they arrange their product. All the other people have just as much right to be in that place smelling their product as you do. What a rude bitch..

  25. I think all your complaints are totally understandable! I love Lush, but they have their flaws. The smaller stores, like the one you described, struggle with crowds and overall product placement the most. If you get the chance, find a much larger one to visit. They are a lot more well run.
As for the uncovered bath products, I get why you'd be grossed out by that. I personally didn't even think of that! Everyone has a right to be in their smelling the products as well, but at least TRY to be a sanitary as possible.
The products are on the pricy side, but thats only because they try to use the finest, most organic ingredients. You should go on YouTube and look up how they make their products! their really fun to watch!
And yeah, the employees could clean up the try me products! Thats totally reasonable! I'm a certified Lushie, but even I think they can get gross.
All in all, definitely try and find a different Lush thats larger. And if you concerned about price, they have one sale usually from Dec 26 to mid-late Jan. This company definitely worth another shot!

  26. Late to the party but I thought I should also reaffirm what everyone else is saying, you're the worst of the worst as a customer. It's clear you've never worked in retail before due to your atrocious attitude and behavior. Anyone who says, "the customer is always right" and means it are typically never right. Infact, that's just another way to say, "I'm an asshole." Your complaint, while had some relevant issues, was completely drowned out by your holier than thou attitude. It's also clear you think too highly of yourself and believe yourself more important than others.

As many have pointed out, did you seriously think it was appropriate to point out employees' acne? Some people have hormonal imbalances causes break outs, but that's none of your business. When you went in a second time and saw they weren't there anymore it was probably because it wasn't their shift. But the fact that you think they were fired due to your petty complaint makes you a disgusting ugly person. That could have been money they were earning for food on their table, a roof over their head or even money for a college education. And you're happy about potentially taking that away from someone when the only thing they did wrong is have acne and attempt to give you good customer service.

  29. If you read a review where the reviewer said,"you have too many old people working here and you need to change it", I'm assuming you would think it was either discriminatory or rude, yet you did the same with 18 year olds. As aa retail mgr., I always listen to complaints until the complainer brings in appearance and age. Yes, you could have spoken about uniforms or a dress code, but its extremely mean to speak about someone's skin. Do you not remember what it was like to be under 25 and not secure in your appearance? Also, if I was lush, I'd be ecstatic to hear that my store was full of shoppers and that the workers were helping them.I really think you should stick to online shopping, where no one speaks to you.

  31. You sound like a conceited, arrogant, old hag. From your diatribe about 'younger generations' and 'hoards of teenage girls', it sounds as if the world is moving a bit too fast for a woman of your age, and rather than try to keep up or maintain a little dignity, you write a ridiculous complaint to this company. The fact that you even went back to check on the store after you sent your tedious little rant honestly just shows what a petty, and entitled person you are.

The customer is always right? I would love to see you try and do the job of those 'inexperienced teenagers' for just one day while dealing with other pompous customers such as yourself. I note that in your original complaint, you wished for older associates because you keenly felt the 'generation gap' and yet in your update, you didn't hesitate to call them inexperienced, even though you failed to give the associate who spoke to you a chance to explain any of the products. Guess you were too busy with your entitlement issues.

You're vile. Judging associates by their appearance? I guess it's lucky for you that it's easier to judge someone by their outer appearance than their inner character at a glance or no one would come within five feet of you.

I think if Lush had initially catered to your idea of a good shopping experience, they would have had to clear out the store and roll out a red carpet. Maybe two associates would have had to follow behind you, one hand feeding you grapes and the other fanning you with peacock feathers. Is it honestly their fault that the store was crowded? Is it their fault that you felt disgusted and squeamish about other shoppers brushing up against you? If you really feel this is the case, consider never venturing outside unless you're in a giant plastic bubble. That way you don't have to come into any contact with anyone, and more importantly, no one has to come into contact with you.

Please, don't shop at Lush. Don't even 'consider' shopping at Lush. Do those amazing workers a favour by not availing them of your very presence. They don't need your business.

  32. Well, well, well, looks like we have a lot of those bratty teenagers here making a generation gap that does not really exist. It's a large gap okay, just not a generational one. It's called "self-serving, rich, spoiled brats" who have always had everything they wanted, and think it is owed to them by one and all. Mostly caused by the same kind of parents. Sophia is right on in everything that she said. Otherwise why did they fire the manager of this store and have it cleaned up with clerks who do not follow you around once you say, you just want to look around! Keep up the good work Sophia. You did a great job as well as doing this company a big favor!

  34. I think you just don't "get" Lush. That's the bottom line. You also sound like you like to complain. You do not have an understanding of the products or the style - and that's fine. It's not for you. If I were you, I'd stick to bigger box stores. It sounds like a specialized boutique, where the soaps might be mishapen because they are handmade with care - might be a bit over your head and are not suitable for anyone who enjoys to complain. Did you really rip on the sales reps skin? And part of your complaint was "there were teenagers crowding the place"?! Really? I'm a 39 year old male, so I am not a "self-serving rich spoiled brat". I just enjoy the products, I like to learn about the different effects the unique ingredients have on my skin and hair - which is why it's important to chat up the sales people. They know their stuff. Sounds like it's just not your kind of place. And the "salad bar" is still very much a feature. The market atmosphere with the bathbombs on display is part of the charm. If you want factory sealed, wrapped-in-plastic - go back to Wal-Mart. I'm pretty sure they have a policy that FORCES them to respond to ridiculous complaints, because their used to a certain type of clientele. People like you.

  36. Teenagers with bad skin.errrm..isn't that the normal thing to happen in some teens....at least they are working and i found that comment quiet rude. There are improvements to be made and yes i agree with some of the things you have said, but maybe give the shop assistant benefit of the doubt here, she there to do a job like you do yours.I use some lush products but i choose carefully.More worrying things in the world to worry about than spotty teens or adults and shop space. Most major health and beauty couldn't give a dogs ass about the planet!

  41. This may not sound fair, because it’s not

But did you know that you can be a guy’s dream girl...

I mean, you can literally check off every box on his “perfect woman” list...

But if you mess up this one thing, he’ll drop you the second another option comes along?

My friend James Bauer discovered this missing “secret ingredient” all men are constantly searching for in a woman.

And most women have no clue it exists because guys aren’t even aware of it.

We just KNOW when it’s missing.

===> The “Secret Ingredient” to obsessive love <=====

The really cool thing is, when you know how to give a man this “secret ingredient”...

It will send a shockwave of desire for you straight to his brain and he will HAVE to have you.

In fact, when you do this... watch his face light up, almost as if he’s just been zapped.

It’s that moment when he says to himself “Where have you BEEN all my life?”

Every woman should know this. Check it out here: ====> Why men leave “perfect” women... <=====

  42. So this happened to me: I bought the Vanishing cream-which is a whooping 48$ with tax. Initially it felt good. As time progressed, its color started changing and the so called "Good Fragrance" was gone. Now it just smelled like a box of Chemicals-worse than that ! I went into their store and showed them the product. All they had to say is "The product is as good as new and smells great".Seriously? I could ask anybody else to smell it and they would say it was disgusting.
Anyhow, I asked them for a refund/exchange since I did not want to use it anymore on my skin and the product was within warranty. They treated me nastily when I asked them for that. All the goodness that they have when you enter in as a customer just tosses away from them ! They were very rude and did not even help me pick another product !
Final Verdict : PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM LUSH PRODUCTS. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL GOOD AS THEY CLAIM. THEY ARE JUST A BOTTLE OF HARSH CHEMICALS WITH GOOD FRAGRANCES AND MARKETING.

    1. If you did any research on the products that they use you'd know that't not true. All of their products have an expiration date. And if they were rude to you, maybe consider the way you approached them. If it's anything like the comment above, I don't blame them.

  43. The study of the composition of cosmetics is necessary before purchase. if you are a chemist then studying the composition of cosmetics will not cause difficulties. If you are a humanitarian as a writer who works for the best essay writing service https://orderessay.net/writing-an-essay-about-yourself.html (that also propose writing essay that has a type "essay about yourself"/"essay about myself") then the study of a cosmetic product is possible only with the help of another person.
